How to Microsoft office File (I.e. Excel, word, power point, Access ) mack Read only ?


The Object of this block :

After working done in any MS office file, we can save it as read only, so in future nobody can change it.

In MS office, A Option Call "Mark as Final" will convert file normal file into Read-only file.


How to Convert Normal MS Excel Workbook into  Read-only Workbook Using " Mark as Final".

1. On the File tab,
2. Click Prepare > Mark as Final.


3. Click Ok.

Now, This Excel Workbook is Read Only and  No one can Change it.

If, You Require to Convert Read-only Workbook into Normal Workbook (i.e. Editable Workbook)
Follow Above Three Step Again.
