The object of This Block:
To Create Custom Shortcut for any programs in windows.
1. Right-Click The desired Program Icon and Click on “Properties".
2. In The Properties dialogue box > Shortcut, Find the Text box “Shortcut key".

3. Click in that Text box and enter a Key that You Wish to Use us your shortcut key. (i.e. For MS Excel = "E")
Windows will automatically Place “Ctrl + Alt +” in front.
If you choose a Function Key, Then Only that Function Key will be Used and “Ctrl + Alt +” will not be added.
(In this I Set Shortcut Key For Excel “Ctrl + Alt + E”)
4. Click Apply and Then Click "OK".
Now, You Can Open Excel By Simply Typing "Ctrl + Alt+ E"
