How to Improve Windows With a Custom Keyboard Shortcut ?

The Object of this block : After working done in any MS office file, we can save it as read only, so in future nobody can change it. In MS office , A Option Call "Mark as Final" will convert file normal file into Read-only file. How to Convert Normal MS Excel Workbook into  Read-only Workbook Using " Mark as Final". 1.
